Elegant Key Lime Mousse Cups For Winter Parties

Ingredients

1 cup (240ml) heavy cream or whipping cream
1/2 cup (120g) cream cheese
1/2 cup (120ml) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup (60ml) fresh key lime juice
1 tablespoon key lime zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Make Mousse

Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In a different bowl, beat cream cheese and add sweetened condensed milk.

Add Flavor

Stir in lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until its creamy and evenly combined.

Fold Whipped Cream

Fold whipped cream into lime mixture. Avoid overmixing.

Assemble Cups

Spoon mixture into cups, garnish and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
