1½ cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ cup plain yogurt ½ cup oil ¾ cup sugar ¼ cup honey ¼ cup milk ¼ cup chopped almonds ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Set the oven to 180°C. Grease and line the baking pan.
Whisk yogurt and sugar until smoothly combined then add oil, honey, and milk. Mix well.
Now sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda into the mixture. Stir gently until combined.
Fold in chopped almonds and walnuts. Pour the batter into prepared baking pan and top it with more nuts.
Bake the cake for 30–35 minutes. Once baked, remove from oven and brush the top with warm honey. Sprinkle shredded coconut and serve once cooled.
