Ingredients

2 large egg whites
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice or vanilla extract

Beat Egg Whites

Beat egg whites until they are frothy.

Add Sugar

Add sifted powdered sugar, and lemon juice or vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Beat Well

Continue beating until stiff peaks form and use it for decoration. Add food color for color variation.
