Easy No-Bake Chocolate Mousse: A Simple And Decadent Treat

Ingredients

200g dark chocolate, chopped
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream, divided
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Melt chocolate

Heat heavy cream until warm and pour it over chopped chocolate. Let sit then mix until well blended and smooth.

Whip cream

Add heavy cream to a chilled bowl along with powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip until soft peaks appear.

Fold gently

Carefully fold in whipped cream into melted chocolate in batches to keep it airy.

Chill and set

Spoon mousse into serving glasses and chill for 1 hour or more. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and berries. Serve chilled.
