Easy Coconut Barfi Recipe For Karwa Chauth Celebrations

Ingredients

2 cups fresh grated coconut
1 cup condensed milk
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp ghee
½ tsp cardamom powder

Roast the coconut

Heat ghee and roast the grated coconut in it until its fragrant and golden.

Add condensed milk and sugar

Add condensed milk to the pan and stir continuously. Add Sugar to sweeten it.

Add Cardamom

Flavor the mixture with cardamom and stir well.

Set the Barfi

Once mixture is thick, transfer to a greased tray and garnish with nuts. Set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Slice and Serve

Once set, slice the barfi and serve.
