Easy Chocolate Barfi Sweet Recipe For Karwa Chauth

Ingredients

1 cup khoya (mawa) or milk powder
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp Cadbury cocoa powder
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp ghee

Prepare the Barfi base

Heat ghee and add khoya to it. Stir continuously and cook until its slightly golden.

Add Chocolate Flavor

Mix cocoa powder with milk and add it to the khoya. Stir and mix.

Add Sweetner

Stir in sugar and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes. Add cardamom for aroma.

Set the Barfi

Transfer the mixture onto a greased tray and garnish with chopped nuts. Set in the fridge.

Slice and Serve

Once set, slice the barfi into squares and serve.
