By Bhavana Verma

Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup chocolate chips
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup sour cream (or yogurt)
½ cup strong brewed coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup melted dark chocolate
2 tbsp heavy cream

Prepare

Set the oven to 175°C for preheating and grease a 9-inch cake pan.

Make Dry Mix

Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.

Make Wet Mix

Beat butter and sugar in a bowl until fluffy. Add eggs one by one and mix with each addition. After that, stir in vanilla, sour cream, and coffee.

Combine Wet and Dry

Fold the dry mix into wet mix gradually, then fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Drizzle and Serve

Prepare drizzle by combining melted dark chocolate with cream. Once the cake is done, drizzle the chocolate and cool in the fridge before serving.
