Delicious Croissant Pudding Recipe To Try This Weekend

Ingredients

4 large croissants
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preheat

Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a baking dish with 9x9 inch diameter.

Prepare

Tear croissants into pieces and place on the greased dish.

Make Custard Mixture

Whisk milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together an pour it over croissants. Make sure croissants are soaked well.

Bake

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for 30 minutes until pudding is golden. Serve the pudding warm.
