Delicious Bread Pudding Recipe To Warm Up Your Thanksgiving

Ingredients

4 cups cubed day-old bread
2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Prepare

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

Place Bread

Cube the bread and place it into baking dish.

Make Custard

Whisk almond milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg together in a bowl.

Pour on Bread

Pour the mixture onto bread cubes and make sure its soaked evenly.

Bake and Serve

Bake the pudding for 40 minutes until top appears golden brown and serve it warm with a dollop of ice cream.
