Delicious Baked Alaska Cookies For A Fun Twist On The Classic

Ingredients

Cookies (any sturdy type): 12
Ice cream (any flavor): 300 ml (scooped into small balls, frozen)
Egg whites: 2
Sugar: 50 g
Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp

Freeze Cookies

Put scoops of frozen ice cream on cookies and freeze until solid.

Prepare Meringue

For the meringue, beat the egg whites, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Assemble

Meringue can be smeared or piped over each biscuit with ice cream on top.

Serve

Meringue should be torched till golden brown. Serve right away.
