Decadent Chocolate Tarts To Impress Your Valentine

Ingredients

1 ¼ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, melted
8 oz (225g) dark chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fresh berries (for garnish)
Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Make the Crust

Mix cracker crumbs with butter. Press at the bottom and sides of tart parn. Chill for 10 minutes.

Prepare Ganache

Heat heavy cream and pour it on chocolate. Let sit and stir in vanilla.

Assemble

Pour ganache into chilled crust, smoothen the top and chill for 2-3 hours.

Garnish and Serve

Decorate the tarts with fresh berries and serve.
