1 sheet puff pastry
1 bar milk or dark chocolate (about 100g)
1 egg
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Roll out puff pastry and cut it to rectangles large enough to encase chocolate cubes.
Place a block of chocolate on puff pastry and fold it. Seal the ends and brush with beaten egg.
Bake the puff pastries in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Dust pastries with powdered sugar and serve.
