Dark Chocolate Rabdi With Pistachios: A Creamy Twist On A Classic Eid Dessert

Ingredients

500ml full-fat milk
50g dark chocolate (chopped)
3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp cardamom powder
15g pistachios (chopped)
1 tsp ghee

Reduce The Milk

Heat ghee in a pan, pour milk, and heat on low, stirring every now and then, until it is thick and the milk has halved.

Add Sweeteners And Flavor

Add sugar and cardamom powder, stirring constantly to incorporate the flavors while the milk is thickening even more.

Melt The Dark Chocolate

Add chopped dark chocolate, stir until fully dissolved, making a silky-smooth and rich dark chocolate-flavored rabdi.

Garnish And Serve

Sprinkle chopped pistachios, cool slightly, and serve warm or chilled for a pleasant Eid dessert. Indulge in the treat.
