1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
½ cup sour cream (or yogurt)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup melted Dairy Milk chocolate
Set the oven at 175°C for preheating, and meanwhile grease and line 9-inch cake pan.
Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda together.
In a different bowl, mix butter and sugar. Beat until fluffy then add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla, coffee, and sour cream. Mix in melted Dairy Milk chocolate.
Gradually fold wet mixture into the dry ingredients until well combined.
Pour batter into baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool before slicing and serve.
