1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup sour cream
½ cup strong brewed coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup crushed Oreo cookies
¼ cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp cold butter
¼ cup chocolate chips
Set the oven to 175°C and grease one 9-inch cake pan with butter.
Mix crushed Oreo cookies with flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly. Stir in chocolate chips.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
Beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and coffee mixing with every addition.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until mixed. Pour batter into prepared pan and top it with Oreo streusel evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the toothpick comes out clean. Cool for a few minutes then serve warm.
