150g hazelnuts (toasted & ground)
200g all-purpose flour
100g butter (softened)
80g brown sugar
1 egg yolk
½ tsp vanilla extract
100g dark chocolate (melted)
Beat sugar and butter till light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg yolk and stir.
To make a soft dough, add the flour and ground hazelnuts. Let it cool for half an hour.
Flatten slightly after rolling into little balls, then bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 180°C.
Let the cookies cool fully before drizzling with melted chocolate. Serve and enjoy.
