1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
½ cup melted butter
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup fresh lime juice (about 4-5 limes)
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lime zest
Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and chill for 15 minutes to set it.
Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest.
Whip heavy cream and fold it in the lime mixture.
Pour filling into prepared crust and refrigerate for 4 hours. Slice up and serve.
