This simple yet delicious dessert is prepared with very basic pantry ingredients like ripe bananas, eggs, flour and vegetable oil. Here is an easy recipe to make sweet banana fritters at home. It is best served with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
6 ripe bananas
2 eggs, beaten
¾ cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp vegetable oil
In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas and combine with the eggs, then add the flour.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and drop spoonfuls of the batter into it.
Repeat the process for the remaining batter.
Serve them warm with maple syrup and Greek yogurt.
Reduce the heat to medium-low. When half done, turn and cook the other side until golden.
