Cool Down With Coconut Milk Raspberry Popsicles

Ingredients

200 ml coconut milk
150 g fresh or frozen raspberries
50 g sugar or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix The Ingredients

Blend sugar, vanilla, raspberries, and coconut milk until creamy.

Fill Molds

Fill popsicle molds with the mixture, then insert sticks.

Freeze

Enjoy these delicious, creamy popsicles after freezing for 4–6 hours or until firm.
