Cold Kheer With Cashews And Dairy Milk Drizzle 5 Cooling Steps

Ingredients

1/4 cup basmati rice 1 liter (4 cups) full-fat milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup cashews 50g Dairy Milk chocolate 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Cook Rice

Rinse rice and soak for 20 minutes. Drain and cook in 1 cup of water.

Make Kheer

Bring milk to boil and add cooked rice to it. Simmer on low flame and stir. Cook until thick.

Flavor

Stir in sugar, cardamom, and saffron. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes until sugar is dissolved.

Cool and Serve

Add cashews into kheer and refrigerate for 2 hours. Drizzle with melted chocolate and serve.
