Coconut Laddoo For Navratri: Simple Recipe For Fasting

Ingredients

2 cups grated fresh coconut
1 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp ghee

Roast Coconut

Heat ghee on medium heat and add desiccated coconut.
Saute until it is toasted and aromatic.

Add Condensed Milk

After roasting
add condensed milk
and sugar.
Mix well.
Cook until it thickens while stirring continuously.

Add Flavor

Stir in cardamom powder.
Combine everything well.

Cool and Shape to Balls

Remove mixture from pan and allow to cool.
Once it's cool enough
grease your pals with ghee and form small balls with the mixture.

Garnish and Serve

Garnish the laddoos with nuts
dry fruits
or however you want
and serve
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
