2 cups grated coconut
1 cup jaggery
½ cup water
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chopped nuts
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp sesame seeds
Heat water and jaggery in a pan. Stir until jaggery melts and makes a thick syrup.
Reduce heat and mix in grated coconut, cardamom powder, and sesame seeds. Stir well.
Add ghee roasted nuts to the mixture. Stir until mixture leaves the sides of pan.
Transfer mixture to a greased tray and press evenly. Cool in the fridge and cut into bars. Serve with a drizzle and store in an airtight container.
