Classic Raisin Pudding Recipe For Cozy Comfort Food

Ingredients

1 cup raisins
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup milk
1 large egg
½ cup melted butter

Prepare

Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a small baking dish.

Make Dry Mix

Combine flour, baking powder, and brown sugar.

Make Wet Mix

Whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.

Combine Wet and Dry

Add wet mix to dry mix slowly and whisk to make batter. Fold in raisins.

Bake

Pour batter into greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes. Serve it with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
