Chill chocolate ganache until it is just firm and scoopable. It usually takes 1-2 hours to reach this consistency.
To shape truffle balls perfectly, grease hands with oil or dip in ice bath.
Truffles should neither be too big nor too small. Keep the sizes between 1-2 inch.
Coat truffles with cocoa powder, crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or tempered chocolate.
Store truffles in airtight container in the fridge for upto 2 weeks.
Before chilling the truffle mixture, add flavors and all the additions.
