Chocolate Heaven: Bournvita’s Role in Homemade Truffles

Chocolate Ganache Bournvita:

pour heavy cream over finely chopped dark chocolate. While the ganache is still warm, add a few spoonfuls of Bournvita and whisk until smooth.

Truffle centres coated with Bournvita:

Roll the ganache into tiny balls to form the truffle centres. Cover these balls evenly by rolling them in a mixture of Bournvita and chocolate powder.

White chocolate truffles from Bournvita:

Mix white chocolate chips with the Bournvita-infused ganache to provide a fantastic flavour combination. Roll the truffles in a mixture of refined sugar and Bournvita for a sweet and malty coating.

Orange Zest Bournvita Truffles:

Add some orange zest to the ganache for a zesty twist. Roll the truffles in a mixture of Bournvita and freshly grated orange zest for a light and fragrant finish.

Bournvita Truffles with Cherry Almonds:

Mix chopped almonds and dried cherries into the ganache. Roll the truffles in a mixture of Bournvita and coarsely chopped almonds for a rich cherry almond flavour.

Sea Salt Caramel Truffles by Bournvita:

Pour the caramel sauce over the ganache and lightly season with sea salt. Roll the truffles in a mixture of Bournvita and finely crushed pretzels for a sweet and salty treat.

Bournvita Truffles with Coconut Rum:

Mix in a small amount of coconut rum to add a tropical twist to the ganache. Roll the truffles in shredded coconut and Bournvita for a treat reminiscent of the Caribbean.

Bournvita Truffles with Pistachio and Cardamom:

Add chopped pistachios and ground cardamom to the ganache. Roll the truffles in a mixture of crushed pistachios and Bournvita for a tasty combination of flavours.
