Fresh cherries, pitted
4 oz dark chocolate, melted
2 tbsp cherry liqueur
1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
Whipped cream (for garnish)
If using liquor for adult treats, infuse cherries in cherry liquer for 30 minutes then pat them dry.
Dip each cherry in melted chocolate and coat evenly. Double dip if you need a thick chocolate layer.
Roll the chocolate-dipped cherries in crushed crackers for a crunch.
Chill the cherries in fridge to set then serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
