Chocolate Almond Badaam Doodh For Holi: A Nutty And Creamy Drink Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Whole milk
10-12 Soaked Almonds
1½ tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tbsp Dark chocolate
1-2 tbsp Sugar or sweetener
¼ tsp Cardamom powder
Chopped almonds

Make Almond Paste

Grind soaked and peeled almonds into a fine paste. Add milk to smoothen it.

Make Chocolate Base

Heat milk in a saucepan and add almond paste. Stir to avoid lumps.

Add chocolate

Once milk is warm, add dark chocolate and cocoa powder. Mix well. Add sugar and cardamom powder for flavor.

Serve Warm

Pour the beverage into mugs and garnish with chopped almonds. Serve warm.
