Chilled Coconut Cream Pear Cups: A Tropical Dessert Delight

Ingredients

2 pears, cubed
200 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Shredded coconut for garnish

Make Coconut Cream

In a bowl, combine coconut milk, honey, and vanilla essence; chill until slightly thickened.

Cube Pears

Make sure the pears are juicy and fresh for the creamy base by peeling and cutting them into cubes before setting them aside.

Put Cups Together

For a well-balanced tropical taste, spoon coconut cream into serving cups and garnish with diced pears.

Chill Before Serving

For a textured, tropical finish, top with shredded coconut and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
