1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
250g cream cheese
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup heavy cream
100g white chocolate
¾ cup halved cherries
1 cup whole cherries
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup cherry pie filling
Combine graham cracker crumbs with butter, press it at the bottom of springform pan and chill to set.
Beat cream cheese and add condensed milk, vanilla, and melted white chocolate. Fold in whipped heavy cream.
Layer half of the cream over crust, top it with halved cherries arranged evenly, then finally add the remaining cream cheese filling over it.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight to set. Arrange whole cherries on top along with cherry pie filling and chill to set. Slice to serve once set.
