Celebrate Republic Day With A Showstopper Tricolor Pudding

Ingredients

2 cups full-fat milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup whipped cream
2 tbsp pistachio paste for green
2 tbsp mango puree for orange

Prepare Base Pudding

Heat milk and add sugar. Mix cornstarch slurry and stir. Once its thick, remove from heat and add vanilla and condensed milk.

Color the Layers

Heat milk and add sugar. Mix cornstarch slurry and stir. Once its thick, remove from heat and add vanilla and condensed milk.

Assemble the Flag Pudding

Layer green, white, and orange in glasses while freezing in between. Chill for 2-3 hours and serve.
