Celebrate Eid Al-Fitr With Chocolate Falooda Ice Cream Delight: Easy Step-By-Step Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsp falooda sev
2 cups milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soaked basil seeds
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 tbsp chopped nuts

Prepare Falooda

Boil falooda sev as per instructions. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Make Chocolate Base

Mix cocoa powder and sugar in a bowl. Add a little warm milk and mix to make a paste. Add this paste to chilled milk, whisk well.

Layer Dessert

Take tall glass and layer soaked basil seeds at the bottom, then falooda, and chocolate syrup drizzle. Pour in chocolate milk and place chocolate ice cream on top.

Garnish and Serve

Drizzle chocolate syrup and chopped nuts. Serve this layered delight right away or chill until the moment comes.
