1 cup canned pumpkin
2 cups milk
½ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin spice
¼ tsp salt
Whisk cornstarch, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, and salt.
Add milk and slowly mix until smooth. After that add canned pumpkin and mix well.
Place the saucepan with mixture on medium heat and stir constantly until it thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Pour pudding in serving bowls and let it cool to room temp. Cover and freeze for 1 hour then serve and enjoy.
