1 cup canned pumpkin
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 175°C and grease baking pan with butter.
Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl and whisk to make smooth mixture.
Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon to wet mixture and stir well.
Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick. Once baked, cool it and serve.
