Bournvita Infused Pumpkin Bread With Cream Cheese Frosting: A Rich And Creamy Delight

Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin purée
½ cup sugar (brown or white)
2 eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup Bournvita powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ cup cream cheese

Prepare

Preheat oven to 170°C and grease a loaf pan with butter and flour.

Make Wet Mix

Whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and Bournvita powder until smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients

Now gradually add flour and baking soda. Mix while adding to avoid lumps.

Bake

Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes. Decorate with sugar glaze and serve warm or cool.
