Bournville Infused Badaam Doodh For Holi: A Gourmet Take On A Classic Drink

Ingredients

2 cups Whole milk
10-12 Overnight Soaked Almonds
50 g Bournville dark chocolate
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp Sugar or honey
¼ tsp Cardamom powder

Make Almond Paste

Peel soaked almonds and blend with some milk to make a smooth paste.

Heat milk

Heat milk on medium flame and stir in almond paste. Whisk to remove lumps.

Add Chocolate and Flavor

Add chopped Bournville dark chocolate and stir well. Mix in cocoa powder, sugar, and cardamom powder.

Serve

Serve the drink into mugs, top with whipped cream and garnish with chopped nuts.
