2 ripe bananas ½ cup chopped walnuts ½ cup Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup unsalted butter 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract ¾ cup sugar 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour ½ tsp baking soda
Grease 9-inch cake pan. Add a layer of banana slices at the bottom. Sprinkle brown sugar and crushed walnuts all over and drizzle melted butter.
Whisk mashed banana, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Sift in flour and baking soda and mix. Fold in Dairy Milk chocolate chunks with remaining walnuts.
Spread the batter over the banana layer and bake at 175°C for 35–40 minutes.
Let the cake cool for a few minutes then flip it over and remove the mold to see how beautiful the top turns out. Slice and serve.
