1¼ cups all-purpose flour ½ cup granulated sugar 1½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp ground nutmeg ½ cup milk 1 egg 2 tbsp melted butter or oil 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup raisins
Set the oven to 175°C. Grease a donut mold pan of any size.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg in a bowl.
In a different blow, combine milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry mixes then gently fold in raisins.
Spoon the batter into greased donut molds until molds are ¾ full. Bake for 12–15 minutes.
Let the donuts cool down before removing, coat in cinnamon sugar to serve.
