Baked Alaska Pies To Add A Sweet Spin To Your Dessert Table

Ingredients

Pie crust: 1 (pre-baked)
Ice cream (any flavor): 500 ml
Egg whites: 4
Sugar: 100 g
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
Brandy or rum: 50 ml

Freeze Pie Crust

Pour ice cream into the previously made pie crust and freeze until solid.

Prepare Meringue

For the meringue, beat the egg whites, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

Assemble

Evenly cover the frozen pie with meringue.

Serve

Pour rum or brandy over the meringue and torch until golden. Serve the dessert and enjoy.
