Protein-Packed Pancake Recipe Without Eggs

Savouring protein can be much more indulging when you combine it with the deliciousness of pancakes. Eat it as a post-exercise treat or savor it for breakfast; these protein pancakes will give a nutritious start to your day.

1. Ingredients

1 small banana
2/3 cup dairy-free milk
2/3 cup oat flour
1 heaped scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon baking powder

2.Mash the bananas

Mash the bananas with a fork and add it to the milk. Stir it well.

3.Add the remaining ingredients

Add the remaining ingredients to the milk and banana mixture and whisk until well combined.

4.Heat oil

Heat one or two teaspoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once it becomes sufficiently hot, pour the protein powder pancake batter into the pan.

5.Cook pancakes

Cook on low to medium heat and flip once the bubble starts to form on the surface. Cook until it becomes golden brown.

6.Make remaining pancakes

Do the same with the remaining batter until all the pancakes are ready. Once done, stack up the pancakes on a plate and add your favorite toppings.
