1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F. Grease a loaf pan or bundt pan. Beat together butter and sugar; mix in eggs and vanilla.
