Allergy-Friendly Pancake Recipe Without Eggs

Ingredients

1 cup gluten-free flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup dairy-free milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Make dry mix

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl for the dry mix in a bowl.

Make wet mix

Mix milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and applesauce in another bowl for the wet mix.

Combine wet and dry mix

Pour the wet mix on the dry min and stir gently until well combined and slightly lumpy.

Heat and grease pan

Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with some oil or butter.

Make pancakes

Pour the pancake batter into the pan, measuring it with a ladle, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Then flip and cook until it's golden brown.

Remove and make remaining pancakes

Remove the pancakes and repeat the same with the remaining batter.

Serve

Stack the pancakes on a plate and drizzle some maple syrup and toppings on it for serving.
