Petit fours are small bite-sized pastries or confections that are provided as an after-meal treat. Petit four means "small oven" in French, and alludes to the very small, secondary oven in which the pastries were baked.

Almond petit fours are the perfect blend of chocolate and almond which is another classic pair.

Pistachios

This variety also features a little orange and boasts a more delicate and complex flavor than other varieties.

Traditionally petit fours were made using coconut and then later almond, hazelnut, and pistachio versions became available.
