A Beginner's Guide to Make Irresistible Classic Vinegar Pie

Ingredients

1 ½ cups granulated sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 unbaked pie crust

Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients

Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until well combined.Gently transfer the mixture into the pie crust that hasn't been baked yet.

Prepare

Please preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Whisk together the sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl.

Make Wet Mix

In another bowl, gently whisk the eggs and then pour in the milk, melted butter, vinegar, and vanilla.

Bake

Bake the pie for 10 minutes, and then lower the temperature to 350°F (180°C). Continue baking for another 30-35 minutes until the pie is fully set.

Cool and Serve

Allow it to cool completely prior to consumption. It's time to enjoy the taste of the traditional vinegar pie.
