Before starting to assemble the mousse, make sure you have prepared all the layers in advance.
Only choose transparent glass that are narrow and deep to showcase layers cleanly.
Use a piping bag to pipe clean layers of cream over the crumb. Press crumb evenly with spoon to make a smooth surface.
After every layer, chill the mousse before adding more layers on top to give a structure to mousse.
Serve with delightful garnishes like chocolate shavings, fresh mango cubes, and mint leaf.
