5-Step Mishti Doi With Oreo Twist Recipe For Tagore Jayanti

Ingredients

1 cup full-fat yogurt (thick and creamy)
½ cup condensed milk
2–3 tbsp caramelized sugar or jaggery syrup
6–8 Oreo cookies (crushed)
A pinch of cardamom powder
Crushed pistachios for garnish

Mix Base

Combine yogurt, condensed milk, and caramelized sugar. Add cardamom powder and mix.

Layer with Oreo

Take the serving dishes or glasses and layer crushed Oreo cookies at bottom. Pour the mishti doi on top and spread.

Add More Layers

Continue layering Oreo cookies and mishti doi until the dish is full to top.

Set

Cover the dish and freeze until set. Garnish with more crumbs and serve.
