1 cup fresh mango pulp
½ cup whipped cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 bars of 5 Star chocolate
Put mango slices in a blender to make smooth puree then add sugar and lemon juice and pulse until mixed.
Take the mixture out in a bowl and fold in whipped cream. Gently mix until combined.
Spoon mousse into serving glasses and freeze for 2–3 hours.
Meanwhile, melt the 5 Star bars in microwave and stir until smooth.
Once the mousse is chilled, drizzle warm 5 Star chocolate over it and serve immediately.
