Easy Blossom Cookie Recipe with Peanut Butter, Chocolate and Marshmallows

Blossom cookies are one of the most loved cookie varieties out there, that never fail to impress, thanks to their shape. The cookies in this recipe resemble flower blossoms; however, an American counterpart also exists, which also goes by the name of blossom cookies. Given their cutesy shape, these flower-shaped cookies make perfect treats for special occasions or even everyday treats. Peanut Butter Blossoms:

This peanut butter blossom cookie recipe combines the richness of peanut butter with the tempered and sweet essence of the vanilla extract.

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm peanut butter
  • 152 gm sugar
  • 3 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 gm flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 bowl of grated chocolate

Method:

  1. You have to preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray, lined with parchment paper.
  2. Then, you have to mix the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, combining everything well into a smooth paste-like mixture.
  3. After that, you will gradually begin mixing the flour and salt. This will give the mixture a dough-like texture.
  4. You will then roll your dough into balls and keep some distance between each. Then carve each ball into the shape of a flower.
  5. You then have to bake them for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Before baking them, you can insert some grated chocolate in the center of each cookie.
  7. Once baked, you have to allow them to cool on a baking sheet for around 10 minutes.
  8. Before serving, you can sprinkle some chocolate chips.

Marshmallow Blossoms:

This marshmallow blossom cookie recipe is made of fluffy marshmallows married to the sweetness of chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gm butter
  • 200 gm sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 250 gm flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Marshmallows
  • Melted chocolate

Method:

  1. First, you have to preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Then, you will have to beat the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and eggs with a machine whisk.
  3. To the fluffy, white concoction, you have to gradually add the flour, baking powder, and salt. These ingredients will mix and start to form a dough.
  4. You have to then roll the dough into balls and carve flowers from the balls.
  5. Next, you need to place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Then, you have to bake them for around 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. You can press a marshmallow into the center of each cookie.
  8. Before serving, you must remember to drizzle each with melted chocolate.

Peppermint Chocolate Blossoms:

This peppermint chocolate blossom cookie recipe combines the freshness of peppermint with the richness of chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gm butter
  • 200 gm sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 gm flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 bowl of grated chocolate
  • Melted chocolate
  • Candy canes or peppermint extract

Method:

  1. First, you are going to preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
