So, try the 3 recipes below made with Oreo biscuit, milk powder fudge, in 3 different ways and forms.

1. Oreo Biscuit Milk Powder Fudge

Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies (about 2 standard packs)
  • 1 cup milk powder (full cream)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

Method

  1. Break the biscuits (including the cream and all) into chunks and blitz them in a blender or food processor until fine. No blender? Put them in a ziplock and crush them with a rolling pin.
  2. Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a mixing bowl. Add 1 cup of milk powder and mix well.
  3. Pour in the condensed milk gradually, mixing with a spoon or clean hands until you get a dough-like texture. It should hold its shape but not be overly sticky. You can adjust with more milk powder or condensed milk if needed.
  4. Press the mixture into a small tray or square dish lined with parchment paper. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
  5. Pop it into the fridge for at least 1 hour or until firm. Then slice into squares or bars.

2. Oreo Milk Powder Truffles

Ingredients

  • 15 Oreo biscuits
  • ¾ cup milk powder
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

Method

  1. Place the Oreo cookies (no need to remove the cream) into a food processor or blender. Blitz until you get a fine, sandy texture. If you don’t have a processor, you can put the biscuits into a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  2. Transfer the Oreo crumbs into a mixing bowl. Add ¾ cup of milk powder and stir well with a spoon to combine. This helps create a dry base for the dough.
  3. Pour in the condensed milk a little at a time, mixing continuously. You’ll notice the mixture becoming thick and sticky. Keep mixing until it comes together into a smooth, pliable dough. If it feels too wet, sprinkle in a bit more milk powder. If it’s too dry or crumbly, add a little more condensed milk.
  4. Take small portions of the dough and roll them between your palms into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch wide. You should get around 12-15 truffles.
  5. Arrange the truffles on a plate or tray. Refrigerate them for 30 minutes to 1 hour so they firm up nicely. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
  6. Roll in extra Oreo crumbs, cocoa powder, or desiccated coconut for a fun coating. Stick them with toothpicks for a party-friendly version.

3. Layered Oreo Milk Powder Fudge Bars

Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo biscuits
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

Method

  1. Gently twist apart each Oreo biscuit and scrape off the white cream filling using a butter knife or spoon. Keep the chocolate biscuits in one bowl and the cream filling in another.
  2. Crush the Oreo biscuits (without the cream) into a fine powder using a food processor or rolling pin method. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with ½ cup milk powder.
  3. Gradually add ¼ cup condensed milk, mixing until a thick dough forms. Press this mixture evenly into the base of a small, parchment-lined tray or dish (around 6x6 inches). Use the back of a spoon to flatten and smooth it out.
  4. In another bowl, combine the scraped Oreo cream, remaining ½ cup milk powder, and ¼ cup condensed milk. Stir well until it becomes smooth and creamy. This mixture should be slightly softer than the base but still firm enough to spread.
  5. Gently spread the creamy top layer over the Oreo base, using a spatula or the back of a spoon. Smooth out the top as best as you can for a clean finish.
  6. Place the tray in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1-2 hours, or until fully set. Once firm, lift it out of the tray using the parchment paper and slice it into neat squares or rectangles.
  7. Optional: Drizzle melted white or dark chocolate on top for that wow factor.
